INDIA DEVELOPMENTS
Star Development began to invest in properties in India when they associated with DLF an international renowned building development company. Star invested in one of their commercial projects in Okhla, an industrial area in India.
Star is also associated with BPTP Company – a developer who is very big in residential real estate development. Star invested with BPTP RESIDENTIAL PROJECT in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The residential development is now under construction with an expected completion in 2010-2011.
Star is also in partnership in residential apartment development in South Delhi.
Our newest residential housing venture is currently under development in Chennai, South India.
